What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation, focused attention, and deep concentration to help you enter a heightened state of awareness. In this state, your subconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestions, allowing you to reprogram limiting beliefs, release unwanted behaviors, and improve your mental and emotional well-being. It's a natural and safe process that helps you tap into your inner resources for personal growth and healing.

How does it work?
Hypnosis is a natural state we all go in and out of daily in our lives. A typical session begins with a discussion about your goals and concerns. You will then be guided into a relaxed state, where you’ll experience hypnosis. During this time, positive suggestions will be made to help address your subconscious mind and create desired changes. Afterward, you’ll feel calm, relaxed, and refreshed, often with a new sense of clarity and insight. All sessions are conducted via Zoom.
-
Is Hypnotherapy safe?
Yes, Hypnotherapy is safe and effective when conducted by a trained and certified professional. Everyone experiences states of hypnosis throughout their daily lives, so it is not a new feeling as is familiar to the mind. You will not do or say anything you wouldn’t do or say in your wide-awake state and it is not a truth serum.

How do I prepare for a session?
Make sure to have a comfortable and private place to either sit or lie down. The experience is optimal with headphones although they are not required. Wear comfortable clothing, and try to create a quiet, relaxing environment free from distractions.
Ideally, you will write an intention beforehand, creating a goal or focus for the session.
-
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions needed varies depending on the issue you're working on and your personal progress. Some clients notice positive changes after just one session, while others may need a few more to solidify the transformation. During your consultation, we will discuss your goals and create a plan tailored to your unique needs.

Will I lose control during Hypnotherapy?
A common misconception is that the person undergoing hypnosis loses control, but this is not the case. During Hypnotherapy, individuals are hyper-aware and in a state of focus and concentration, allowing them to maintain control over their actions. You are fully aware of what is happening and can choose to come out of the hypnotic state at any time.
